I have a database of Addresses. I setup a different table for names than a table for prefix like Mr. and Mrs. My question Is can I combine two records Into one field? I give you a example  I have a table with Joe as one record and Mary as another record. Can I put Joe and Mary togeher so I can use It to print a lable?

Yes I know how to concatenation but that has to be in the same record. I have a database with all names so the field Name Is first name. So I would like to combine two records?

William are the records related in any way?  Do you have a linking ID for say a husband and wife?
In other words how do you know the people are in the same household?

You are probably going to need a Self-Join Query to determine that.  Take a look at the Self Join Relationships.
I know it was covered in the Access Relationship Seminar

Also, go watch the Holiday Cards.  Specifically the extended cut where Richard show how to combine names for the Greeting line.

So If you look at the sample, I want to take Alexis  "UniqueFirstNameID 1" and Bill "UniqueFirstNameID 2" together. I don't think I can use concatation.
