I could not replicate the problem. Try Deleting the field on the Form and adding it again from "Adding Existing Fields"

I personally would use a related table and a subform for a list like that. This would make it very easy to sort alphabetically.
As for the Rich Text property not working, we would need to see exactly how is was built to even begin to diagnose the problem.

Thanks. I agree with you Kevin. A many-to-many relationship and a continous form would be much better but since I am going to use the data in a query and a union query then I get many duplicates. I don't want that.
I also found the problem with the field. I had a conditional formatting in the field that I think interfered with the rich text formatting. When I removed the conditional formatting, it works now as it should. Also when I push shift F2 to zoom in the box rich formatting doesn't work. Thanks!
