Runtime and ODBC

Does anyone know why I have to reinstall the runtime engine (specifically AccessDatabaseEngine2010.exe) after Office 365 updates for the ODBC connections to post back to Access? Once I install the old runtime, it works perfectly until Office 365 updates again. I have been using Access since 1992. I absolutely love it but this is annoying, and I cannot find an answer. It is Access 32 bit and stamps.com 32 bit is the software that posts back to Access. Thanks in advance for your time and assistance.

FYI: I do not get any errors. It simply does not post back to my Access database.

This seems like an issue for the tech support of Stamps.com.  Ask them if their software supports the newer Access versions, and possibly newer ODBC versions.

Stamps.com are the ones that told me to install the runtime. Just wish I knew what the issue was. Thanks for your time Kevin.

Stamps.com should find out what the issue is.  Is it a defect in their software?  Is the software still using outdated ODBC drivers?  They should be the one to find out, not you, not Microsoft.  Microsoft only makes the drivers, and they are all up to date (see picture of the ODBC app below, showing drivers dated 2019 to 2023).  In situations that involve multiple parties, one party should be more pro-active than the others in fixing things, and that's Stamps.com in this case.
