Remove item from a ComboBox

Hi everyone,

I need some help! I have a table called ACP which is linked to ACP ComboBox on my form.

I need to remove/hide 3 items from the resulting dropdown, as they are going to be used again, however I need to keep the 3 items entries on my main table.

Can anyone point me in the right direction on this one please, pulling my hair out atm.

Add a Yes/No field to the table to determine if the items are to be shown in the Combo Box. Then add a WHERE condition to the SQL in the Row Source of the Combo Box.
