I watched the fast tips on calculating age witha query, how do you then make it show up in your table? Or can I calculate on a firm using code?

I would base the Form on the Query (set the Form's Record Source to the name of your Query) then you will be able to add your calculated field (Age) to the form.

My table is really big, I doubt I could pull everything I need don the form into the query.

What do you mean by really big? Lots of fields? Lots of records? A query can have a large number of fields

Tina, that's exactly what forms and queries do. They pull data from tables. You can't build a table big enough that you can't display in a query or a form.
