i have one form. there is one field (named: price) which takes his value from a lookup field with 3 columns. Actually into this field i wrote: [items].column(2) Now, i want this value from this field (price) to fill his price into a table(named:customerItems) where is a column(field) named price. Like:
[FORM:CustomerItems, FIELD:PRICE] GoAndFill-> [TABLE:CustomerItems, FIELD:PRICE] How can I do it???...

You just want to take whatever value is selected in the combo box and place it into a table? The EASIEST way to do this is with an UPDATE query. In the AfterUpdate event for your combo box (or you can make it a command button) just say:

DoCmd.OpenQuery "MyUpdateQuery"

That will launch the query. Now in the Update Query, make it so that it sets this value referring to Forms!YourFormName!FieldName.Column(2) for the value to change. If you want to ADD this value to the table as a new record, just use an APPEND query instead of an update query.
