Okay, so put in the report to print a letter and everything was and is working...just one problem. The contact list that at the top of the recent contact has no become so small, it only shows one contact. The vertical scroll bar shows, and allows to kinda scroll through the contacts to select them to populate the footer... but it's all weird, sometimes showing one contact, sometimes showing two. and sometimes there are blanks in the DateTime column and/or the Notes column. Why is this happening?

You changed the size settings of the footer, now there's less overall space to put the list items. You need to adjust the size of the form to fix it. Takes some trial and error. Just resize the forms with the arrows and make it taller and you'll see more records come
