I have followed through the Invoicing Video 3 time. I cannot enter a new invoice or add or change any data in the subform OrderDetail. Can someone tell me where to look? Record is not locked. If I select a customer it brings up the order information, but I cannot create a new order and I cannot add item to an existing order. It's probably very simple but I am at a loss.

Is this in the template from the video? Or on something you've built? Do you have recordset not updateable in the text on the bottom left when you try to change things?

In the video Richard set the subform OrderDetail up with Record Source as the Query, I set mine up just the same. When I try to enter new data it says in bottom left, "Records cannot be added, no corresponding record on the one side"

If not mistaken there is a description field... long shot but I think you need to enter something there. if that dont work you may need to show the code to try and help. V/r Juan
