I have a report running from audit items.  the feilds include the audit item, evidence, findings, and action items (along with others).  Relationships are basically one audit item to one evidence, one evidence to many findings, and one finding to many action itmes.  When I run my report I want the single item and evidence followed by the finding(s) and action(s).  What I currently get using a single report is item & evidence repeated for each finding &/or action.  Using a sub-report doesn't seem to solve this either, I can get the findings & actions to appear in the sub-report, but then I still get multiple records depending on how many findings/actions are noted.
