multiple selctions at once

I have a table of items and a table of suppliers. When adding a new supplier, I would like to have a drop-down or other box available where I could select every item (check box or button) they can supply & add that to their inventory (a many to many table). currently I am adding each item individually.
this seems like an easy task, just cannot figure out the formula.

This sounds like a M2M relationship and would require a bit of coding. Might make a good lesson. Stay tuned.

Thanks, yes I have the many to many established. Many Suppliers to Many Supplies, the coding issue is more in depth where instead of selecting one item at a time to add to a supplier, I would love to drop down a list of supplies and check all that apply (or visa versa) be able to select all of the suppliers in one simple function. The end user function should be simple, but I am guessing the back end code is much more complex.
