Locking content in notes

I have notes in a database but I want to be able to lock the content in the notes so they cannot be changed later after they have been saved.

This is important for auditing so that notes cannot be altered after the fact.

Is there a way to do that?

Hi Stephen, You can do that with an "on current" event code using code like this: Assuming the name of the field is "Notes". `If Notes <> "" Then Notes.enabled = true Else Notes.enabled = false EndIf`
