Tracking notes

I have a database where some of the clients have notes on a single topic but spread out over time.
For example, I have some conversations about clients opening certain types of accounts.
My question is, can I sort notes based on topics and show only the relevant notes so I can easily look at them when reviewing them?

Hi Steven, The simple answer is yes. If you can come up with criteria for your topics, then you can sort and select the notes that meet that criteria. Share some more information if you need more help.

I would set up a table for notes that relates to your clients. Each note can be related to a specific topic.

Thank you for your comments. It seems obvious once you lay out the table. I guess the layout field should be indexed or would queries do it?

You could also add hastags to your notes and index those. I have a video coming out on this soon. Stay tuned.
