Hello - I wonder if anyone might be able to help. I have about 10 form letters that I use in mailing letters to Homeowners in an Association. I am using a LetterF and a LetterR designed as a letter. The LetterF contains the date, description and the specific letter text. I can successfully use FORMS!LetterF! in LetterR to get the data for the date, description, letter text which I want to display into the letter itself. To do this for the LetterText field I copy and paste the specific LetterText from separate LetterCategoryF (where I have the 10 form letters and their LetterText) into LetterF. Is there another way to proceed other that physically copying and pasting the LetterText from LetterCategoryF into LetterF?

I am assuming that your 10 letters are on a separate table. If that is the case, just create a query that contains the information of date description, etc. and the text of the letter from the letter table. Then bind letter R to this query.
