Hi Everyone,

Sorry, for the stupid question, I know I've seen the answer somewhere but can't remember what access class or tech help video it was on. I've been back through skimming but to no avail, before having to ask.

I've made a new search form which allows me to search via a customer, rather than the lock they own. The form works fine but if a customer has five locks it shows me that customer five times, this is fine when looking for locks but for customers it is messy how do I only display one entry per customer ID on that form.

Thanks Gary

Oh WOW need more info how do you have your form set up.  you may need to do a grouping or a diffrent search  like by lock number.  Are you useing two tables in a query?  this may help to get you pointed in the right direction.

Hi Gary
Are you using a query for the search? What is the relationship between the Customer and the Lock?

Thanks for the help, everyone.

Bang on Aggregate Query was what I was thinking of.

Thanks
