Yes, there is a SetValue command. I'd recommend using VBA. It just depends on which event you use to trigger it. And why do you need to automate it?

To add to what Richard said - if you use a Macro you will need to click on the 'Show All Actions' button in the Ribbon to see the SetValue command in the list.

I am not expert in VBA so, I think I will use Update query, but I will need to figure out IF, THEN,.i.e.., IF Yes/No Field = Yes, then set to NO statement.
