it is there on the Ribbon, click on it in the ribbon.

Double click on the box to open the property sheet. It's not a single click.

Yup I did that. I double clicked on the box and nothing opens up. In the tool bar when I double click on the box the Property Sheet is highlighted but I cant see the sheet.

Your property sheet can be opened and closed. In your case, it is closed. Look at the image above. Double click will open it for sure, but you can also open it from the ribbon. See image above.

Figured out the issue. The sheet was minimized to the right side. You could barely see where to expand it. Thanks for the help!
