Hi, if I am entering new data on the form with a certain order and I go to enter a new record in the form for the next entry on the form and I go back to the previous record, it may change my order. How is this possible ???? It should remain in that order. Is there a setting here that I have overlooked to ensure that the order of entry does not change. see appendix

What is your record source? What is your sort? What events do you have running? The image you sent gives no usable information.

SAmi, record source is field in table, no sorting order as far as I know, no event running, how can I sort this by the way and where...

Are you talking about order as in "sort order" or order number, what order it's on (if these are orders)?
