Well done! Honestly, I have not purchased any of your items (yet). I find myself returning to your site consistently as a reference. After reading many posts, I find you to be quite helpful and accommodating. Why shouldn't you hawk your wares, if I had your expertise, I'd be hawking!

I try to give as much value to people as possible  - customers and non customers alike - because I have found that by giving I receive in return.  If I can help people with some advice, some free tutorials, some tips and tricks, and whatnot, then they are likely to come back and buy more of my lessons.

Sure, if someone asks me for the 1000th time how to use VLOOKUP, then I'm going to point them to my tutorial.  However if it's a question about something I've never covered then by all means let's discuss it.
