The dissappearing sign

I have a user whom can log into AWC's server Logon without issue. This uses a "genetic" email address as a user name. So, the @ works there...

But, when she logs into the database (her assigned company email address) she cannot enter an @ sign for within her user name.

Now, she is on a MacBook running Chrome. It is a Swedish machine and the text was set to Swedish. She has tried to set to US English and this doesn't work.

Meanwhile, I have several other Apple product users with zero issues. I also logged on using several types of devices - including a MacBook - and can't recreate the issue, all logon properly.

I am 99% sure this is a keyboard mapping issue on her machine, but I'm checking with you, the experts, to inquire if you have experienced this issue and to identify if there should be something I need to address in my database?

Thank you so much for all your assistance!

David

Just ask her to copy and paste "@" from somewhere else, then figure out her keyboard problem later.  Do you mean AWS?  You may contact Amazon tech support if this involves issues regarding international users.

It won't cut and paste either.  I'm sorry, losing my mind, I meant ADC - Access Database Cloud. I launched a help ticket, not heard back yet...

She can bring up the context menu for copying and pasting (picture below), which only requires mouse-clicks, unless her mouse doesn't work either.

I wish I could help, but the one area that I know nothing of is multi-language support. I'm English only, and furthermore, I haven't used an Apple product since a Macintosh back in high school.
