One or both of the databases might not be open exclusively or may be in the process of being backed up. I know this happens to me because I sometimes run training databases off of my desktop, which is backed up by Google Drive. If Google Drive is in the middle of backing up the Access file, it locks it. So, if that's the case, it won't be able to import objects. Make sure you've got them in a folder that's not being backed up, and you might be better off using the import feature instead of dragging and dropping.

Ok, thank you! I have now been able to copy the form and the module. I am trying to set up the Admin user and when I try to press the push updates button I'm getting a runtime error '70.' When I click debug it is highlighting 'Kill UpdateDB.'

That's a permissions error... meaning you don't have admin rights to delete that file. What folder is it in? Are you logged in as an administrator?
