Report is missing names

Creating a report, I have a problem with members with the same last name. If the second person has the same last name, it will not display their last name within the report. So family members do not have their last name displayed in the report.

1) to be clear you want the last name always displayed? 2) Do you have any code that controls the last name?

That's weird. Can we see the data? Are you using grouping levels?

I'm not using any code for it. "Still to new with VBA, I can't get it to do what I want it to". No, I am not using any grouping with this new version of the DB, I did with the old one. I would be grateful, How can I send you the data?

Take a screenshot of the dataview you have and upload it as an image.

See if the last name textbox's "Hide Duplicates" property (under Format tab) is set to Yes.

I did have a grouping within the table, I stayed up pretty late last night and found the grouping. Thank you for the assistance.
