Append Query number of values

Hi, I have an Append query that I want to insert certain fields into a new record in a table.
When I run it I get the error "Number of query values and destination fields are not the same. (Error 3346)
I count 18 fields in the Insert statement and 18 fields in the Select statement so not sure why the comes up!
Any help would be appreciated

The uploaded screenshot is the SQL statement for the Append query, it wont let me view it in Design, only SQL view

It may not be the cause but I would avoid using symbols such as & in a field name (and all the spaces). Hopefully the experts will spot your problem :o)

Your fields indeed don't match, because of SELECT Date()... It should be SELECT [Unit Type], [Unit Manufacturer], ..., matching exactly the field names for INSERT INTO.

`SELECT Date() AS` ^ right there is one of your problems.
