Thanks Sandra, I didn't go into a little detail. The table has fields that has numbers in them. I made a query and put those fields in. Using sum from the totals. I saw how to convert our date field into month. Now I'd like to use a combo box to put into the form to choose the month and see the totals per month. This is what i wanted to put. I'll check those videos, thanks.
