I'm trying to create a supplier scorecard to send to our suppliers that includes On-Time Delivery and Quality scores/percentages. I'm kind of stuck on how to approach this as it seems a little outside my scope.  
I have a table I can utilize to pull together this information, called: Receiving_Insp_tb (sorry for the name convention, rookie mistake).  This table houses the data by our internal PO number to the supplier as well as date due and date received.  I also have a field that calculates the difference between those dates.  Not sure if that matters.  
Here's my dilemma' I would like the user to perform this task on a separate form called: ApprovedVendorListF (AVL). I would like to create a button where the user can generate a report after entering a date range that will pull the number of PO's and how many times they were on-time and were late together on a report to send to that relative supplier.  How can I accomplish this?
