I'd love assistance with this question. I am building a Plants database where I have fields where I need to have multiple choices. Ex: A plants MOISTURE REQUIREMENTS can have multiple scenarios it can tolerate: Drought, Extreme wetness, moist but well drained, etc. I have about 20 items on this list. I need users to enter the data from a form - not a table directly. I know MVF are considered evil, but how else do I do this? I really like the MultiValue drop down boxes where multiple items can be checked off. Is there another way to get this? Combo Boxes and the List Boxes from the Form Design Tab only allow one selection from a list. And Many To Many seems to require everything entered via a Table and then using a sub form to view it. I can't have that. What other options do I have?
