I have 5 tables that record different types of work and contractor rates (necessary due to complexity in the difference between criterias). Contractors complete the relevant form to report time and feedback as Sessions. These different types of Sessions are then brought together on a form that summarizes all of the  contractor's unapproved sessions for review and approval through a union query. On this summary form are links for full detail of each Session. These forms are based on the crossover table where the approval CBox resides with selections of 'APPROVED', 'ReEVALUATE', 'DENIED'.

My issue is that to currently approve each Session, you need to click the CBox for each Session. I would like to put a CBox on the summary form that would control all of the Session approvals for the current Contractor with one combo box on this form (Header?). How can I control these because I cannot directly edit the fields that go through a union query? Any help would be outstanding! Thanks in advance!
