Watch the Invoicing extended cut where I add a product from the product combo box to the order detail form. It uses an AfterUpdate event.

If I remember right the one I am looking for includes the ability to click on an icon that will add the entry that you type in a combo box to the list in the combo box.

Oh, are you talking about List Items Edit Form?

I am not sure. What I want to do is add something to a combo box list by clicking on the icon. Say I have a Combo box set up with names from a table, but as I am entering data with the Combo box I come across a name that is not in the table and I want to just add it without going out of the form and opening the table and adding it that way. I do recall watching a lesson recently or maybe one of your YouTube Videos that demonstrated how to do this.

I am working with Developer Level 8 at present.

List items edit form is the easiest. There's also the On Not In List event but that's a lot trickier. Late developer lessons somewhere.
