Yes, that's the easiest way to do it. A command button with a DoCmd.RunSQL statement. INSERT INTO is the SQL equivalent of an Append Query. It's too much to explain in detail here. That's one of the things I teach in my SQL Seminar Series, however. Part 2 is all about modifying the data in your tables. Lessons 5 and 6 are exactly what you need.
