Fields whichTo be used twice

Hello everyone, I am needing to use first name and last name in two different places. I know you can use a query to bring this in That's fine with customer and contacts. But my situation is that I need to track every amateur radio operator, which held a certain callsign so there would have to be a table. The way I see it, which would have first name last name callsign when they got the callsign and when the callsign was reallocated. Does anyone have any suggestions. This

I sincerely, these being needed on a table 1st name last name , date they got the callsign date callsign was reallocated. This list would be for people even that I have not spoken to on amateur radio. That's why I cannot use the first name last name out of the table, which tracks contacts details such as Richard does for customers and contacts. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated

How far along in the courses have you watched? This sounds like just simple Relationships

You have an entity table
EntityID FirstName LastName

You have a callsign table
CallsignID EntityID etc.

Then move it around as you need, you may also need a Many-to-Many if you are going to track who has had it in the past.

Hello Adam, I have been up to level I and developer but have forgotten the lots of working my way through. I have just begun expert level I and working my way through things again. I never thought of that many to many yes I was thinking the callsign ID would be used for our table which will hold everybody that held at callsign then this would probably do the trick. In the meantime, I will keep the callsign and the table which I have most of my data which is called. I have designed for holding all details of the contact. It is joined to a table which feeds name and second name. I will get there eventually. Even if I build a table and put call signs in it who had had that callsign then when the time comes when I get to that point of knowledge. I would move things around. I have a query which feeds the form called contact F. Thanks for your suggestion
