I am working on using Access 2003 to produce a shop ticket to produce a manufactured part.  I have a jobs table that assigns a job number and holds information about the particular customer order.  I have a customer table that holds information about regular customers that order products from us.  Then there is a part table that holds information about the parts produced.

I have designed a report that combines information from these three tables into a job traveler for the parts ordered that we need to produce.  The problem I am having is that when I go to report view only every other record displays, the records are not in order and there are 45 records in the jobs table, but only 30 records are available in the report.  I have not been able to identify the reason for this.  I have been going back and watching intermediate videos to try to figure it out...

Take a step back. Does your QUERY show all 45 records, or is it only the report? If it's just the report that's bad, make sure you're not accidentally spilling over onto page 2 because the report is too wide.
