Richard I developed my database from your workorder seminar. I have ordered your security seminar but don't want to redo everything. I have applied the LoginF,UserT and everyting is working great! If I just want to track changes in database how much of the security seminar do I have to do. I tried the log in part but couldn't get it to work

Well, you'll need to get the logon form to work because without knowing WHO is logged in, tracking changes won't give you much useful information. Once you get that working, it's just a matter of creating the LogIt function which stores the username and activity in the log table.
