Your tables most likely have a lot of relationships, so their records have to be deleted *in order*, otherwise you may get errors for violating relationships.  A child table's records have to be deleted before its parent table's records.  For instance, an order detail table has to be cleared out first before an order header table, and so forth.  If a parent table has multiple child tables, all children have to be cleared out first.  If you have lots of tables, this can be easier said than done.

You need to back up everything first, which goes without saying.

Yeah, like Kevin said, it's just a matter of opening up each table and deleting the records. If you've got related records, you might have to take that into consideration. If this was something that you did on a regular basis, then I would say you could make some macros or some VBA code to do it. But if it's just a one-time thing, you're better off just manually deleting the records yourself.
