Creating a form in my Churchs

I need to create a form or report (not sure which) that will give a total of each families annual monitory donations. I have all of their donations in a table but I need to have them broken out per year and by family and a total at the bottom.
Any thoughts?

Hi Kevin Make sure you create a table for the Family and a table for the Donations. Include appropriate data for each table. John

Thanks Alex and John. I should have thought about the Association series, I just finished them in creating a lot of my current DB. I have tables for both areas. I just need to put it into a form and get it so show the data I am wanting. Love this site and the classes
