Why are you opening the Form in Design View? You never mentioned this in your original post.
The code I gave you above is not mentioned.
What results do you get?

Please share some screenshots.

Using the same form to show single record form or continuous form.
I'm in design mode to change ScrollBar to 0, Default to 0 or 1, InsideHeight to 3000. Can not do this in FormView
In ContinuousView I want to hide Navigation buttons RextRecord, Last Record, Add New Record ect..

Just make two forms: one for continuous, one for not.  Or use datasheet view instead of continuous form.  You can switch between datasheet view and form view with just one line of VBA code.  But you cannot switch between continuous form view and single-record form view.
