Use existing database for template blank database

Hello,
After creating and working with an Access database and you are ready to distribute it, how do you go about "emptying" it so you have a nice, clean version to start new with?

I have a simple contacts database that works great for me.  My friend really likes it and would like to use it for himself.  But I don't want him to have my contacts, and I couldn't see going in to each table and deleting every row in every table.  I'm sure there has to be a way.  Your help would be appreciated.
Thanks very much,
Don

Reply from Richard Rost:

Don, the bad news is that you have to do exactly that... open each table and delete the records. The good news is that if you have to do this on a regular basis, you could create a series of DELETE QUERIES and a MACRO to run them. That would automate it somewhat. There's no quick "erase all of the data in my database" command.
