Hello Richard, moderators, et al,
I took Richard's advice and am now tinkering with the Westwinds Datase.
I would like to know how the Employee form was made. As near as I can tell, once the General tab, form or what ever that is, it looks like you can't resize some or any of the fields. I have looked at the properties and I guess I missed a video or something because I don't see how it was created. Please let me know which video I need to watch to  understand this.
