Let me be the first to take up the flag.  I learned Access to some level years ago and needed to refresh my knowledge because I needed to develop a realatively complex database for an ambulance service.  I came across Rihard's site and tried the introductory level class (2003) for free.  It was enough to convince me that this process was wonderful.  Not only did it serve as a reresher but convinced me that this style of learning suited me to a tee.  I went on to purchase all of the classes and a couple of seminars, well over $600 in all so far.  It is money well spent and the convenience of it is amazing as well. You will also find Richard to be extremely interactive with all of his students, offering advice and counsel most times free of charge, willing to take his time when he can.  
The other thing that found beneficial was that when you spend the time and money to take the classes you will end up with a functional database that you can amend to your needs going forward.  Look all you want and you are not going to find a canned program that will suit all your needs anywhere, especially for the price you pay to learn Access with Richard.  I personally couldn't be happier and plan on taking more of his classes and seminars as time and money permit.
