32 to 64 bit compatibility

Beginning "Expert" here. Ha! I have prepared an ACCDBE file to share with some coworkers and discovered that I have a 32-bit Office installation while everyone else has 64 bit, and they get the compatibility error on their machines. I also get it when I send it to my own private machine with 64-bit Office 365. I viewed the 64-bit video and using the "declare ptrsafe" in the API call, I still get the error. I also get the error if I do not have any subroutines or declarations.
I guess I have more reading in my future to solve this.

Can you upgrade your version to 64bit on either or all your computers?

Thanks for the reply. I have asked my IT department. I am remote and I think my computer may be kind of an orphan. I am able to open the ACCDB file on the 64-bit machine.
