Beginner lessons just a carrot

Not sure where to start really :s.

I became a customer of Rich's on 19/2/2010. I think it was via a youtube video and have returned for course after course, this I wouldn't have done if it was a scam.

I have never been disappointed by any of the courses and have always had a response for any question/suggestion I have made.

With regards to the timeframe that courses come out, yes it may take longer than expected, this can be very frustrating!! since I want to learn what the courses have to offer but like most of Rich's returning customers we are aware of his circumstances and know that he is the only one who produces videos so there is only so much 1 man can do. As the Production Schedule states, they are an estimate.

I can't believe you can make accusations like this, you say you don't know Rich so where does this come from? You could have easily asked for some more information before posting comments about someone you don't even know.

It annoys me how people think because they aren't saying it in person it is ok to hide behind a computer and say it, that is another human being you are talking about, think before you speak. By all means raise your concerns, I can probably say Rich will admit if he was wrong or made a mistake but that isn't the case here.

The Waiting List clearly explains that you are pre-ordering a course and WILL NOT be charged until it is released and there is even an estimated price for the course so you know exactly what to expect when it is released.

No-one is making you buy anything on this site so I don't see why you are so concerned with his business model, just don't buy the beginning courses if you don't need them, even though they are useful, and just get the level you require.

As Rich explains there are Advanced courses available, all be it Access 2003 but not much has changed in the underlying principles, there are even FREE Upgrades available so it's a win-win. There is also discount available for multiple courses and a money back guarantee.

I do hope you can find the level of training and customer support to this calibre and cost elsewhere, if you do let us all know.

Alex
