Tried doing as you suggested, but it doesn't work.
This is what the list looks like. Has a checkbox with Yes/No

Customer     ActiveP     Payroll report           Completed     Salary notice
ABC             Yes          2024-06-15             2024-06-18    2024-06-18
DEF              No                                       2024-06-17    2024-06-18

Only when Yes is activated should the field be displayed.
