Beginner lessons just a carrot

Ah youth!  Well, it's seems like this is a younger person speaking.

Of course the introductory courses are inexpensive!!  As Richard explained, this is a common business tool and one I appreciate.  I was at a loss at work.  I'm fairly accomplished in Excel and optimized everything to its potential.  I needed something else.  But what?  I'm disabled and don't have tons of money but I looked into OLAP Cubes, several computer languages (like C, C++, VB.Net) and MS Access to see what would be the most beneficial financially and technologically.

After MUCH exploration I settled on Access.  It could do everything I needed.  I looked into college courses but they are VERY expensive and most were "programs" that also required basic math/english/history classes that I didn't want to waste my time on.  Plus my lack of mobility made attending classes difficult at best.

So I bought a book.  Then another.  Then another.  I finally found 599cd.com!!  Great site.  I scoured all of the free tips.  Then I purchased Richard's Access Seminar and loved it.  But it left me wanting more.  So I looked at the price of purchasing specific lessons or a subscription to MYOLP.  I subscribed!
I got to dip and dive into all things: Access, ASP, wep pages, etc.

This site is value packed.  And the customer has plenty of free or low cost items that let you decide if this venue is right for you.  Belive me, if those first few lessons were mindless, empty time wasters I would have past this site by long ago.

And no scam artist has done what Richard has done with me:  I have used his tip service, where you write in and pay for a response.  I have paid for a few. But Richard also gave me one gratis.  He didn't have to, and he had my credit card info.

So try it first.  What's the sense in wailing over something you know nothing about?

Don

Thanks, Don. I appreciate EVERYONE who has taken the time to say nice things about me. :)
