Hi, I have a customer that wants me to created a directory based on their database they have in Excel.  In that database each row/record has a member's information.  Each family is designated with a Household Group ID Number, So Dad, Mom, Children all have the smae HG Id number, but they are all on their own row/record in the spreadsheet.  I need to import this data into word and have the Last Name of the family, then the Head of household, Spouse, and children be one listing in the directory. The way it is currently if I use "Last Name", "First Name", "Address", etc, each family member would repeat that information as a different entry, so I need to combine the Spouse's and the children's records into the Head of Household's record.  Does Access have a way to do this or do I just have to do it manually?  Any help is greatly appreciated.
