So I've ran into this problem in a few different scenarios since watching some of your videos.
The Problem... I've always run Outlook in 365 to manage my emails and so on. A while back there was an option (I believe there still is) to use a new version of Outlook in 365. Naturally I wanted to give it a go and see what it could do, so I opted to try it.

Brilliant. It has a less cluttered ribbon, smoother interface although it cant do half as much (like send/receive etc), but it suits my needs perfectly.

Since I've switched, I'm trying to send an email (I've just watched your Security Seminar - Sending Email notices) and as soon as I click the button all I get from Win11 is the "I'm busy Circle"...

that's it. nothing happens. No Outlook screen pops up pre filled with data.. nothing. the "I'm busy circle" disappears and Access carries on as normal.

I'm curious if anyone else is using the New Outlook and they've ran into the same problem?
