Setting Data on Another Form

Hey Richard and the Guys, I trying to figure out the best way to Set Data in Another Form's Fields from the Main Form Fields.

Ex:Forms!RefundExpenseF!ExpenseDescription = Description
   Forms!RefundExpenseF!RefundDate = Date

Ex2:Recordset
    rsInvoiceServiceDetail.AddNew
    rsInvoiceServiceDetail!ServiceID = rsEstimateDetail!ServiceID
    rsInvoiceServiceDetail!ServiceName = rsEstimateDetail!ServiceName

Need more information, don't know what you're trying to do. Either way you have it there works fine if it's setup to work like that. The Forms! method would be kind of awkward since it would need the other form open but for the user to be back on the main menu. I would just use a recordset or a SQL statement.

Hey, I am trying to set the Combo Boxes on the Other Form from the Main Form Field when the Another Form opens. So, I want open the Other Form from the Main Form's Fields' Data and then set the Other Form's Fields like: Combo Boxes and Text Boxes, with the correct Data.

In the button that opens the form you will... Docmd.openform "NewFormF" Forms!NewFormF!ComboBox = MyID That's it.
