QUESTION: I am wathching your Access Video's and have gone from the Begginer to 201,202 etc. My Question is.
I wish to build a data base for my Realestate company, and every person now has a gazzilion phone numbers, and emgercency numbers. We have Owners Tenants, Vendors, Utlitie companies, Repair Guys. All could have 5 or 6 Phone numbers each if you want to take Skype etc + Several email Addresses. How do you suggest I handle these. So a I have Tables for, Owner, Tenant and Vendor. EXPERTISE: Beginner but learning up to 202

Rick's Reply: If you only have a couple of phone numbers, you can make multiple fields in your table: Cell, Fax, HomePhone, BusinessPhone, etc. If you know you're going to have a LOT of numbers and possibly multiple contact names, then use a subtable. Just like how I set up a relationship between customers and contacts, you can do the same thing with customers and phone numbers.
