I have a small database, and I created a Form called "ProcessImprovementF" and I want to create a button called "Submit" and when a coworker hits "Submit" it will send a copy of the form with the information on the form via email. How can I do this? I really need help

Dexter If I understand you, you want to have a form that a user would fill out and then click on a button and it would send you the data. I'm curious would they be using your Access database to fill out the form or would they be filling this out outside of your database? you might want to take a look at the TechHelp video Surveys. It uses google forms to create a form you can sent via emails that someone would fill out and when they click on the button it would send the data back and you could import it into your database table. I don't know how or if I can create the links like the moderators can but just search on Rick's website for Surveys.
