Access is not letting me create a relationship between order T and OrderDetailT with referential Integrity and cascade delete option. Prompt says Data in table ORderdetailT violates referential integrity rules
Make sure you don't have any orphans (Order Detail items without a parent). Make sure every OrderID listed in your Order DETAIL table has a matching record in the OrderT.
