Amit, there is an easy way to do what you are looking for with indexes. With your table open in design mode, click on the "indexes" button on the menu bar. Scroll down to the bottom of the list of indexes. In the blank at the bottom, in the "Index Name" field, type the name for your new index (for example "FirstLastName"). In the "Field Name" box, put in your "FirstName" field name. Then go down to the next line. Leave the "Index Name" field blank. In the "Field Name" box put in your "LastName" field name. Click back on the index name field in the first line ("FirstLastName" for example). Below, set the "Unique" property to "yes". What this does is to create an index which uses both the first and last names, and makes sure that the combination is unique in the database.
