SQL Server

My ITECS converted an Access Database Table(s) to the AWS SQL server. The tables now have a new name (dbo_"table name"). Other than updating the relationships and modifying the queries, is there anything else I need to do with the front-end database? I ask because when I tried running a simple query I got an eror, unable to lock all records.

You can just rename the tables on the front end to their original names and your code should still work.

I would also go through all your bit fields and make sure they have a default value in sql or you wont be able to add records

Thank you, Adam, I appreciate your response and it did work after dropping the prefix lettering. I didn't have to edit all the queries. I did try to enter an entry and it would not allow it. I wasn't sure what you meant about the bit fields having a default value in SQL?

Your fields that were Yes/No in Access should have converted to a bit field in SQL Server.

I used to know the technical reasoning behind it, but it's slipped my mind this morning, I just know it causes issues when you make new records if you don't put a default ;P.
