DB Shutdown Issue

'Often DB is shutting down upon me hitting 'Open Form'
    oThis only occurs following me editing the Form
'After I have finished editing a Form in design view, I hit 'Save' , then hit 'Open in Form View'
    oDB Shuts down..
    oOnce I reopen the DB the form opens fine, with no errors and my previous editing is operational
'This does not happen everytime.

When was the last time you did a Compact repair there is video regarding troubleshooting. I had that happen a recent update. And it happened even more recently when the weather was warm and the PC got a bit warmer than it should have. Also could be Code that has errors but Debug/Compile didn't catch. Or it could be an update to Microsoft Access that caused... there are many reasons it's happening sadly.
